11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Object believed to be a star or plane falling, then light levelled off like a plane coming in for a landing. Increase in size and brilliance to that of a car light, changed color and speed to that of a jet aircraft, then object vanished in 130 plus or observer flight then returned object to sky with slight wavering, 2-3 minute duration.

COMMENTS: Additional data requested, not answered. Object similar to C/A with Oberhauers and attributed misinterpretation of the course of the object from ground observers position. Since additional data requested was not received after 90 day after the sighting is regarded as a possible s/c observation.
