11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Found object with three rings, like donuts, stacked one on the other. Observed at 45 deg elevation in North. Flight directly overhead disappeared at 45 deg elevation 100 deg. White color with three red lights between first and second rings; circle of green lights between first and top ring and a white light on the top. When object was directly overhead it had a brighter white. Then overtook the object jumped and descended slightly before continuing on course. Disappeared at a fast rate of speed. Exact duration estimated at 2-5 minutes. MZ clear and visibility 15 miles plus. Heavy air traffic in area.

CONCLUSION: Heavy air traffic in area, Radar screened area and no unusual returns noted, In view of ages of the youth, In the area as well lack of Radar returns Sighting is listed as unreliable report.
