11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Witness watching [ILLEGIBLE] thought to be at 10-15 miles altitude. Witness thinks B-52 a "fancy looking cigar shaped thing" twice as large as the B-52 at the same altitude flew East at more than 2,000 mph. Witness believed that it must have had a rear jet motor.
CONCLUSION: Sighting probably another A/C only at a lower level gives impression of larger size and great speed. No unidentified object heard from the B-52. Unless the B-52 pilot did not report anything unusual is is assumed that the observation was of some conventional object such as another A/C.
