Brisk motion confined to some general elevation and bearing (east). Edges were fuzzy and not sharply defined. Visible continuously. Size estimated at 10 ft diameter and elevation from 50 ft to 1/2 mile during motion. No exhaust or contrails. Also observed through EX. Similar object observed on 7 Jan. Witness called police who in turn called Dayton Tower Operator who confirmed presence of light. Observation through EX.
