10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Bright obj in flight at high speed from East to West: 30 mins same (?) obj reappeared in SE in flight to NW. Reappeared third time 32 min later. Assumed orbital by witness. Less bright than Jupiter. Insists that obj was not a/c since he is engineer and ex-pilot. Also observed through 10X TX.
11. COMMENTS Nothing to indicate that this was not an a/c sighting. Qualification of witness not-without merit. Still possible a/c. No orbital objs have retrograde motion or 30 min period.
