10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Bright obj changing fm oval to cylindrical viewed through BX for over 2 hrs. Obj moved in Westerly direction. First observation at 170 dgr azimuth final fading w/dawn at about 50 dgr elev in South. Green red colored emissions fm obj during obsvstion. Obj about 1/3 size of moon with spots & tail in obj. One distinct black hole in bottom. Multiple observers, Observer fm local radio station KSLY believed obj to be star, all others disagreed.

11. COMMENTS Ephemeris shows planet Venus in position reported with a magnitude of -4,4.
