BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Two obj traveling side by side rotating around each other, orange yellowish color observed at 15 dgr elev in NW fading after 10-15 mins in the NNE at 15 dgr elev. Time possibly garbled. Sighting at night. Located 2 miles SE Worcester airport. Airport rpts no air traffic at time of sight. No helos fm Westover in area at time. (Westover only base in area equipped with helos.) Winds fm Buffalo, Albany or Westover AFB based on winds & rotating light. No mention of constant.

COMMENTS: Insufficient data. Possible a/c or balloon. Two obj side by side & rotating above ea other indicates that these possibly only one obj. Sighted at night, no method speed or maneuverable, only one obj or obj appeared in the NW & moved to the NNE during a 10-15 min period during which time observer was unable to observe this angle of elev. Possibly balloon based on winds & rotating light.
