BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: [ILLEGIBLE] appearing to light, illuminating entire object giving off smoke flames appearing at bottom, object moving up right in horizontal plane in spiral motion, disappeared like spark going out, hit at about 45° elev.
COMMENTS: Observation as high, probably balloon, object moving up right in horizontal plane in spiral motion with smoke flames attached for observation purposes, rising, hovering and erratic motion at slow speed as well as duration conform to balloon sighting.
