11. COMMENTS [REDACTED] was apparently moving very slowly at a steady rate. This description is characteristic of a star or planet. It was determined that the 1st magnitude star Sirius, which has a magnitude of -1, was in position reported at time of sighting From witness's position star would appear to move toward SW path reported for objt Therefore concluded that objt reported by witness was probably Sirius.
