10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Witness heard sound of [ILLEGIBLE] One telescope could not locate object. Other sound disappeared located a stationary building red light 35° above horizon which appeared white in TX, watched for 3 min and object disappeared 15 sec later it reappeared lower in sky, moving up and vanishing.
