10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Star-like objt, bright reddish-orange at times and blue-white at others. Agreed slightly brighter than other stars, slightly larger than Venus, without changing position, it faded out like someone had turned out a light.
11. COMMENTS Objt was reported to be low in NE moving S Witnesses were apparently looking at objt through a haze layer, according to report Altho witnesses ruled out planets, a check indicates that Venus was in position reported Venus or any light source would appear reddish-orange if viewed from an unusual appearance Fact that objt was viewed for over 2 hrs rules out a/c or even balloons Any astronomical body observed in NE will appear to be moving S Disappearance and reappearance could very well be due to clouds To conclusion that objt was probably Venus
