PROJECT 10073 RECORD CARD

1. DATE 2. LOCATION 3. DATE-TIME GROUP 4. TYPE OF OBSERVATION 5. PHOTOS 6. SOURCE 7. LENGTH OF OBSERVATION 8. NUMBER OF OBJECTS 9. COURSE

10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Seem shaped, size of nickel or dime, white in color. Obj seemed to be hovering or at least was motionless. Seemed to be about 60" elev. Just faded away.

11. COMMENTS: There was broken clouds and smoke present at time of 1st sighting. Venus was [ILLEGIBLE] in NE at about 20° elev. This is lower that that reported by witness, but it has been found that average individual cannot estimate elev accurately, especially at hovering object. Presence of smoke would tend to make planet appear at a higher elevation. Obj was probably the star Capella.
