10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Objt appearing as light solid, viewed through binoculars Silver white color Viewed overhead for 20 min Separated vanished Appeared to be extremely high.
11. COMMENTS Objt appears to have some characteristics of a balloon sighting and which was reported to FTD by Maj Coleman 389U-352 It is not unusual for a balloon to appear silver white due to its color in late evening sunlight It is probable that balloon burst and appears to break up There is no evidence that this was not a balloon.
