10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Bright, star-like objects. Objt was stationary and appeared to have a fan circumventing upper part. After a few minutes, much smaller objt seemed to "shrink" and spin off from larger one... It was broken NE... Came out very fast then slowed down... Large objt "shrunk" and seemed to disintegrate.
11. COMMENTS Witness reports that objt was observed for 30 min in a highly populated area, yet she was apparently only person who saw it... Witness also states that the phenomena varied with each watch which could account for impressions of witness... Due to absence of corroborating witnesses, this sighting is evaluated as insufficient data.
