10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Four objects, size of pin head picked up on air intercept radar, blips only, and objects were not observed visually. Two were beside each other and two others slightly below and to the side of them, heading marker 340 degrees. The blips were small and well defined such as those caused by surface vessels.

11. COMMENTS: The essential elements such as speed of the object, maneuvers, if any, type of radar, experience of observer operator, equipment condition, weather information in the area, any attempt to close and identify the object and like information not included; blips could have been almost anything; case listed as insuff data.
