PROJECT 10073 RECORD CARD
DATE: 19 Apr 61 LOCATION: Silver Grove, Kentucky
DATE-TIME GROUP: [ILLEGIBLE] Local: [ILLEGIBLE] GMT: [ILLEGIBLE]
PHOTOS: [HW:] SOURCE: Civilian
LENGTH OF OBSERVATION: 2 minutes NUMBER OF OBJECTS: two COURSE: N-S
BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: [STAMP:]
CONCLUSIONS: Was Balloon Possibly Balloon Was Aircraft Possibly Aircraft
COMMENTS: Information reported by the young man is insufficient in that it is difficult to explain problems of the objects in relation to any other than that they moved south. The objects were only a/s however the data was too indefinite to verify this. Witness has made numerous reports of strange lights on. In an avid believer that any unexplained (to him) light is a sign from outer space.
