BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING [REDACTED] bearing [ILLEGIBLE] deg true, position until [ILLEGIBLE] degrees appeared as a moving bright light, brighter than any star, showed very faint, no sound heard or object disassociated it was still visible at bearing [ILLEGIBLE] deg true after 15 minutes, No trail or exhaust, Disappeared by fading into horizon into pre-dawn twilight.

Comments: [HW:] child with exact truck showed that the object was not echo, slight possibility that the object was a weather balloon, however object did not appear to be certain altitude, It is possible that a satellite other than echo was the object viewed, however there is no confirming data and the case is carried as insufficient data.
