X. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Red light, not distinct, more like glow. Also two bright white lights. No sound heard.

XII. OTHER COMMENTS Although a check was made and no flying agency had a helicopter scheduled for flying in the area, it is possible that the object was a helicopter. Maneuvers are typical of helicopters. A check was made to determine the lighting arrangement of a helicopter, and it was found that if seen from an angle the landing lights could appear to be one above the other. Object was probably a helicopter flying over the area.
