11. COMMENTS: Object was probably Venus. Multi color does not rule out planet. Concur with weather bureau Venus had a magnitude of -3,3 for entire month of Sep and illuminated area decreased from .941 on 8 Sep to .597 on 25 Sep Change in color attributed to atmospheric conditions.
