10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object sighted by 24 people Each story differed somewhat All agreed that it changed color from red blue green yellow and white Some thought blue color was exhaust All but one indicated object was spinning or at least showed signs of movement.

11. COMMENTS The descriptions of the object fit those of objects which have been reported by atmospheric refraction There were many bright planets and stars in positions which coincide with those given by the witnesses It is probable that the cause of this sighting was atmospheric refraction not astronomical objects This case is therefore classified as [ILLEGIBLE] due to it resulting from the phenomena of atmospheric refraction
