10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Cigar shaped object, 1/4 size of regular cigar, orange color with appearance of burning. Seemed to burn up like a meteor.
11. COMMENTS Speed and color are typical of a meteor, which was probably the cause for this sighting.
12. CONCLUSIONS Possibly Balloon
