10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Bluish-white light which changed to yellow. Size of street light 3-5 miles away.
11. COMMENT It is impossible to determine from the information provided by the witness what he saw or if he actually saw anything. It is obvious that the witness has the desire to see objects in our upper atmosphere and in space; it is therefore possible that this sighting is a complete figment of his imagination and not a natural occurrence to which his imagination has added considerable fringe.
