BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING [ILLEGIBLE] from the ground and from a height of about 5 to 6 feet above the ground, were observed as an object moving by low altitude at a constant speed of [ILLEGIBLE]. Initial reports as reported by [ILLEGIBLE] and reports not [ILLEGIBLE]. White lights between the red lights, we came file for observations.
11. COMMENTS In view of all available evidence in the case, it is concluded that the object associated with the inversion layer was not present in the atmosphere.
