10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING [HW:] Sent in describing object as a top with extending appendage direction similar with erratic speed color metal to grey no tail sections.
11. COMMENTS Additional information was requested however the questionnaire was not returned and limited information available including the object was possibly a balloon based on the UFOs too evaluation based on the duration and general description of the object.
