10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Shiny object which appeared as a light. The object had appearance of a star except that there were two flashes of beamed light and the object was moving away from the observer, size of North Star, gave off smoke, fuzzy.

11. COMMENTS This sighting has the characteristics of a balloon sighting in that the duration is about right, the object was rising and the flashing light was observed of one color, however the winds aloft and balloon releases from the Cincinnati area were not checked out. Due to the absence of conflicting information the case is listed as a balloon sighting.
