10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING A bright light like a star, flickered, appeared to move back and forth - up and down in circles, size of a pea at arm's length. Sources did not see object disappear.
11. COMMENTS A check of astro charts indicate the star Arcturus, a 1st magnitude star, was in the position reported for the object. There is no reason to believe the object was other than the star Arcturus.
