10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Brilliant yellow flash with large trail of heavy black smoke with varying degrees of intensity. Trail larger than flash. Trail of smoke several miles long, then object dipped toward earth and burned out instantaneously after flash.

11. COMMENTS Probably a daylight meteor.
