10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Obj changing color from white to red to green observed for over one hr. Slow movement at 6° elev., initial observation at 60° elev., no final position reported except that Obj was still in sight. There was a typical temperature inversion present. Obj appeared as a light only.
11. COMMENTS Obj has the characteristics of an astronomical body as viewed thru the inversion, color change, direction of movement and apparent rate of movement tend to substantiate this conclusion. Case considered as an astronomical sighting. Exact star or planet cannot be determined without the positional information.
