10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One to five obj's sighted in time to time during a 25 min period. Obj's round & same size as background stars, Obj's hovered at 15,000ft & then made a 72° dive to 5,000 ft & hovered. All obj's would fade & grow in magnitude, travel East & West & back, make sharp changes in direction & speed up to several thousands of mph. No sound or trail.
11. COMMENTS No weather inversion check. Very unreliable rpt., Observer able to describe size, specis magnitudes, other factors of obj's described as star size yet did not state how for the obj's moved when, if they moved Case classed as insufficient data rather than unreliable rpt.
