10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One round yellow object, the size of a baseball held at arms length, acting like a light on a balloon, bobbing & drifting SSW. Object still in sight at time of report.
11. COMMENTS Description & bobbing indicate balloon. Although winds-aloft were generally from the West, note that the wind at 10,000ft was fm 350 dgrs. Evaluated as possibly balloon.
