10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One spherical object, large, white in color, appeared to be revolving slowly and estimated to be at an altitude of 4 to 8 thousand feet. Ground visual and ground radar sighting. AN/FPS-E radar used. Local fighters failed to make contact when diverted to area.
11. COMMENTS Balloon description. Note that the object was drifting with the wind. Evaluated as Probable Balloon.
