10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Observation of object dark against cirrus cloud background observed at 5 dgr elevation in flight fm 10 dgr azimuth to 100 dgr azimuth. Duration 1 min. Speed about twice that of DC-6 which traveled same route 1 hour earlier. Silhouette only observed. No wings or tail observed. Observed both boomsides and fm rear. Also states that 3 bumps on wings looked like nacelles.

11. COMMENTS Conflicting statement of bumps on wings yet no wings observed. Report probably of a/c. Description of flight and route as well as speed indicates that this consistent with a/c analysis.
