Sky was hazy causing the object to appear to be fuzzy around the edge. Movement of object is very similar to the of a meteor.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Ov-1 shaped, greenish object traveled an arc of 20 deg in a period of 4 seconds appearing to change brightness.
