11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object looking like an object in other report from same area at same date but not having same location. Object acted like it was surveying area ranging back and forth like a hunting dog then disappeared, climbed rapidly as it disappeared, bright orange like oil that was observed of object.
