11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Flickering light initially bright white changing to a shade of red or orange. Observed on a true bearing of 303 deg at altitude of 05 deg above the horizon. Light faded below the horizon after a 45 minute observation. Observed the following two nights at the same location and time.
