11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Round, small object, whirling on its axis, looked like a star with a ring around it, flashing on and off. It moved in NNE direction, changing direction and color simultaneously, flashing; the following colors in sequence: green, white, red, blue & white. Object would spin, stop, spin in opposite direction and stop again.
