COMMENTS: Witness observed object in 1959 and did not report it until November 1960. In addition to reporting the sighting, witness is now willing to give information as to where "flying saucers" operate from, what they are made of and the type of fuel they use. Witness is now 30 years old, but the construction of his letter would indicate that he was much younger than 30. Witness gave very little info concerning the sighting itself, precluding an evaluation.
