The observer is only 12 yrs old. Since it is very doubtful that a dark object would be seen against a dark background, and there were no other witnesses, also due to the extreme young age of the observer, the sighting is being carried as Unreliable Report.
The observer sighted a gray disc shaped object in the SW that had a back and forth movement.
