[HW:] No evidence to indicate they were not aircraft.
[HW:] Observer sighted 7 white lights about the max wf lot mag. Stars due west at about 20 deg elevation. The lights traveled NE and disappeared over the horizon in about 10 - 15 minutes. There was no noise and the observer decided they weren't high flying aircraft because he could see no vapor trails.
