11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observer reported to the Duty Officer that he and two other witnesses had sighted a light, about the intensity of Jupiter, that changed colors between white, green and red. The light gradually disappeared below the horizon in the West after an hour.

COMMENTS: AP Forms 117 were sent to observer and witnesses. None were returned within 30 days. Description is consistent with star planet but carried as insufficient data since 117 not returned.
