10. CONCLUSION Probable Astro (XCON) The observer did not know if there was any moon that night. The moon was in its first quarter and at the beginning of the sighting azimuth 223 deg and 11 deg elevation. At the end of the sighting it was at azimuth 231 deg, 3 deg Elev.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: The observers sighted a football shaped light that "moved downward... and across and up and then down..." The object was in the SW and finally disappeared behind some clouds.
