The observer originally reported that he had observed the object at 1 PM Local, However on his L17 he reported it as 3 PM Local. Originally reported that object came from SSE, went directly overhead, hovered, then went straight up out of sight but was photographed in the NW. In his L17 the observer indicated that the object traveled from the NE to the SW.
The observer signed an photograph a Punice Object. The object reportedly dropped some material that was forwarded for analysis. The physical sample was of punice like glass and was certainly not of extraterrestrial origin. The photo closely resembles a frisbe and several statements made by the observer conflict.
