10. CONCLUSION [ILLEGIBLE] DEPT (JAH) The observer does not state how the object disappeared or if he just quit watching it. The observer's father was listed as a witness and was sent a form 117 but did not return it. The sighting could be of a star/plane on an aircraft or even a hot air balloon.
The observer sighted an light that was mixture of white and yellow light. "The object looked like a star or brighter." Or maybe a satellite but they don't have tails. The object was first seen at 30 deg elevation in NE and last seen at 30 deg elevation in NE.
