10. CONCLUSION Probable Astro (Probable (SIRIUS)) At 19:25, SIRIUS was at 12 deg elev and an approx azimuth of [ILLEGIBLE] degat 24:00 hrs., it was at 25 deg elev and an azimuth of [ILLEGIBLE] degs. There were numerous other bright stars in the area but SIRIUS se most likely to have been what the observer was watching.

II. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: The observer sighted a cone shaped light that was the same size as a star and changed between blue, red, and bright white light. When first seen it was at about 10 deg elevation in the east in when last seen (90 minutes later) it was at about 30 deg elevation in the SE.
