11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer noticed a small lights coming over the woods. On returning to TV room observer noticed no interruption. This the observer found strange because when an aircraft comes near his home it disturbs his TV. On returning to look at the object he noticed that it had a definite disc shape with domes parting on the top and bottom.

Comments: Observer stated that he has seen several space ships. The observer's house is in the middle of the flight pattern of Lockbourne AFB, a 164 was sent to the observer requesting additional information, but it was not returned.
