10: CONCLUSION Possible (AIRCRAFT) Tri-Sate Airport at Huntington, West Virginia reported that Allegheny Flight 519 arrived at 8:32 PM, 28 Nov '67 and departed shortly thereafter. The plane was a Fairchild F-86 which made little noise and has red and white strobe lights.

Observer sighted an object that was self luminous and alternated from red to silver. The first time there was one object and the second time there were two. The object disappeared over a hill.
