BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS FOR YOUR INFORMATION: This statement may reference direction and elevation rather than exact position.

When they observer first saw the object it was slightly larger than any star. The object did not appear to move for awhile. When it started north and as it did so, it turned red in color. The observer at all times observed as a point of light; the observer saw no evidence of its being solid. The object appeared just above some trees in the observers back yard; noise was heard at any time.

CONCLUSION CONT'D: Throughout the form 117, the observer describes it just as a point of light, or like a star. It is therefore felt that the Object was not very close to the Observer if it were appreciable in size.
