IN BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS
The Observer sighted a gray object that was shaped like double convex lens with a sharp edge. The object was about four Ft in diameter and one Ft thick at the base. As the object flew away, at low level, it made a high-pitched undulating whine.

CONCERNS: Nothing was reported to the Duluth City Police Department. The observer was requested to provide additional information but did not do so. Dr Hynek was requested to contact the witness but was unable to do so because she has moved and has not left a forwarding address.
