CONCLUSION 2. INSUFFICIENT DATA The observer was sent a Form 117 but failed to return it. He did not state how the object disappeared and if the object was in front of or behind anything.
BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a bright light (similar to a street lamp at distance) in the ENE. The observer turned off his engine and got out but heard no noise. He then shined a spotlight at the object which changed color from white to pink to orange to green. The object seemed to be revolving. The observer estimated the height of the object as 250 to 350 ft.
