BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS
The observer sighted an object that looked like a flying disc with rotating lights. The object came from the East turned and disappeared toward the East. The observer said the object made no noise but while the UFO was circling the area, his television picture beams distorted.
CONTENTS: All of the witnesses listed by the observer were sent Form 117's but none returned these forms. The Queens Police Dept., has contacted to determine if anyone had reported any unusual objects to them on that date, they replied that they had received no reports. We received no other reports from the area for 1 Oct [STAMP:]
